Your instance runs on cloud accounts your company opens and owns, billed directly to your company card. Flow Verify never marks this up or passes it through. It is your infrastructure, and the bill goes to you.

Per-guard pricing punishes growth. Every hire raises your software bill, and every seasonal ramp-up shows up on next month's invoice. A flat license means your compliance cost is a known number you can budget once and forget. It also means there is no reason to leave a guard off the roster to save a dollar. Everyone gets checked.

Every guard record, BSIS result, W-9, and certificate of insurance lives in a database your company controls. Nothing is stored on Flow Verify servers. Nothing passes through them.
Your credentials
Verification runs under your own BSIS registration, not ours. Every check is your company doing its own in-house verification, with the software handling the clerical work.
Your keys
You create the accounts. We do the setup inside them. At go-live, you hold every credential and every admin login. You can lock us out the day after launch if you want to.

Is there a free trial or self-serve sign-up?
No. Every instance is built for one company, inside that company’s own accounts. The first step is a scoping call and a live walkthrough.
Why do we pay the cloud providers directly?
Because ownership has to be real. The accounts are in your company’s name and on your company card, so the infrastructure and everything in it belong to you.
Do you run guards or bid on contracts?
No. Flow Verify builds and supports software. We don’t run guards and we don’t bid on your contracts.
How long does deployment take?
It depends on your roster size and vendor list. You get a firm timeline on your scoping call.
