How does Flow Verify pricing work?
You pay a flat rate per head each month: $2 per California guard, $1 per out-of-state guard, and $1 per vendor. Every credential a guard holds (guard card, exposed firearm permit, baton) is included at that one rate; there are no per-search or per-credential fees. Your bill simply scales with your roster.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes. Your combined guard + vendor charges have a $80/month minimum. If your guards and vendors add up to less than $80, you pay the $80 floor. Project Management, if you add it, is billed on top and does not count toward that minimum.
What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, your bulk roster import, credential mapping, and a Baseline Clean Sweep Audit: a full verification of every guard on day one. It is $100 per 100 combined employees and vendors, rounded up (1–100 = $100, 101–200 = $200, and so on). If you add Project Management, it carries its own one-time setup ($200 Starter · $300 Growth · $350 Pro · $400 Enterprise). Setup is billed once at sign-up, never again.
What is Project Management and how is it billed?
Project Management is an optional standalone add-on for tracking projects, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), and client SMS. It comes in four flat monthly tiers (Starter $150, Growth $250, Pro $425, and Enterprise $675), each with included monthly allowances. If you go over, overage rates depend on your tier: DARs run from $1.50 down to $0.50 each, and SMS from $0.07 down to $0.04 each, as you move up tiers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Your plan adjusts monthly as your roster changes: add or remove guards and vendors and your bill follows. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
