What counts as a cert search?
One cert search = one credential verified per check run. A guard with only a Guard Card uses 1 search per run. If that same guard also holds an Exposed Firearm Permit and a Baton Cert, that's 3 searches per run. Your monthly total depends on your cert mix and verification frequency.
Can I stay on Starter if I have more than 150 guards?
Yes — as long as your total monthly cert searches stay at or under 150. For example, 150 guards with guard cards only at monthly frequency = 150 searches, which fits the Starter plan perfectly. The minimum is based on search volume, not headcount.
What does the setup fee cover?
The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, roster import, and your Baseline Clean Sweep Audit — a full verification of every guard on your roster on day one. It is billed once at sign-up, never again.
What is the Grace Search?
Every client receives one complimentary verification per month. This reflects our foundational values of serving our partners with integrity and transparency.
