Workforce & Platform Privacy Notice

This notice explains how FlowVerify handles the information of security personnel and vendors whose data is managed in the FlowVerify platform. FlowVerify provides compliance and workforce-management software to security companies; the security company you work with uses FlowVerify to manage credentials, scheduling, and compliance.
Who Controls Your Information
The security company you work with decides what information to enter about you and is responsible for that decision. FlowVerify processes that information on the company's behalf as its technology provider.
What We Collect
Through the platform, we may hold: your name and contact details (including email and mobile number), ZIP code (used to match you to job sites near you), security and certification credentials (such as guard card, firearm, baton, and CPR information), concealed-carry permit information where applicable, and tax documentation for vendors (such as a W-9). We do not collect or store I-9 employment-eligibility forms or identity documents such as driver's licenses or passports — those remain with your employer.
How We Use It
To verify and track credentials, manage scheduling and job assignments, send you work-related notifications (including SMS where you've opted in — see our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy), and support your employer's compliance obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How We Protect It
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted so that each company can only see its own people's data. Sensitive documents are stored privately and released only to authorized users of your company through short-lived, secure links.
Text Messages
Work-related text messages are sent by the security company you work with, delivered through the FlowVerify platform. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Full details are in our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Because your employer controls your records, please direct those requests to your employer; FlowVerify will assist them in responding. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Retention
We retain information for as long as your employer uses the platform and as required by law. When a company stops using FlowVerify, its data is deleted within the timeframe described in our agreements, except where the law requires it to be kept.
