Platform Features
Everything You Need for Complete License Compliance
Flow Verify automates every step of BSIS compliance, from first day onboarding to daily monitoring to instant revocation response. The system checks all BSIS issued certifications, including guard cards, exposed firearm permits, and baton cards.
Daily Heartbeat Monitoring
Every active guard, checked against BSIS every single morning.
Our intelligent automation engine handles compliance workflows effortlessly. For baseline oversight, the platform executes a comprehensive monthly full sweep of your active roster. For organizations requiring maximum protection, our premium Daily Shield tier adds automated daily targeted sweeps for expiring, suspended, or flagged credentials, ensuring total visibility without manual lookups.
What This Means for You
- Full monthly sweep of entire active roster
- Daily targeted sweep for at risk licenses
- Automatic duty block for non Current status
- Zero manual database interaction required
- Immediate employer notification on status change
OCR Guard Card Scanning
Photo in, verified record out, in seconds.
When a new guard is onboarded, the company uploads a photo of the physical BSIS guard card. Flow Verify's AI driven optical character recognition engine extracts the license number, name, expiration date, and classification instantly. That data is then cross referenced against live BSIS records for immediate validation before the guard's record is stored.
What This Means for You
- AI driven OCR from physical card photo
- Extracts license number, name, expiration, class
- Instant BSIS cross reference on upload
- 100% accuracy, no manual data entry
- Record stored and linked to employer on success
Zero Friction Roster Updates
No complex setups. Just click, drop, and monitor.
No complex software integrations or IT overhead required. Security companies manage their guard rosters with a simple file drop. Flow Verify ingests the roster, links each guard to the correct employer record, and immediately begins compliance monitoring for every individual on the list. Adding guards, removing them, or updating employment status is just as simple.
What This Means for You
- Standard roster file intake, no custom format required
- Guards automatically linked to employer company
- Employment status (Active / Inactive) tracked per guard
- Batch onboarding for large rosters
- No IT integration or developer required
Instant Revocation Alerts
Know the moment a license changes status, before a liability event.
When a guard's license transitions to any non Current state (whether expired, suspended, revoked, or cancelled), Flow Verify handles the workflow instantly upon your scheduled sweep. The guard's record is immediately flagged as ineligible inside your system dashboard, and your management team receives an automated alert to ensure compromised credentials never make it onto an active shift roster.
What This Means for You
- Triggers on: expired, suspended, revoked, cancelled
- Guard automatically marked ineligible for duty
- Instant notification to company admin
- Full audit log of the status change event
- Recheck triggered automatically once resolved
Compliance Audit Trail
A complete, timestamped record of every verification event.
Every BSIS check, every status update, every alert, and every roster change is logged with a timestamp and stored in the platform. When a client requests proof of compliance, or a regulatory review requires documentation, your entire verification history is immediately accessible, organized by guard, by company, and by date.
What This Means for You
- Every verification event logged with timestamp
- Searchable by guard, company, or date range
- Exportable for client audits and contract reviews
- Immutable log, records cannot be altered retroactively
- Meets security industry compliance documentation standards

Pricing FAQs
How does Flow Verify pricing work?
You pay a flat rate per head each month: $2 per California guard, $1 per out-of-state guard, and $1 per vendor. Every credential a guard holds is included at that one rate. There are no per-search or per-credential fees.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes. Your combined guard and vendor charges have a $80/month minimum. Project Management, if you add it, is billed on top and does not count toward that minimum.
What does the setup fee cover?
Onboarding, bulk roster import, credential mapping, and a Baseline Clean Sweep Audit of every guard on day one. It is $100 per 100 combined employees and vendors, rounded up. Project Management carries its own one-time setup ($200 / $300 / $350 / $400).
