SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the SMS/text message program operated by FlowVerify on behalf of the security companies that use its platform. By opting in, you agree to receive workforce-related text messages. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and you may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high job activity. Message and data rates may apply. We never share your mobile number with third parties.
1. Program Description
By opting in to SMS communications from FlowVerify, you agree to receive text messages regarding job availability, open shifts, shift confirmations, and other workforce-related notifications. These messages are sent through the FlowVerify platform on behalf of the security companies you work with.
2. Who Can Participate
SMS notifications are available exclusively to licensed security agents who are actively employed or contracted with a security company that uses the FlowVerify platform and have provided consent to receive text communications during the onboarding process.
3. Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing a paper onboarding form, a digital onboarding agreement, or providing verbal consent during the hiring process. By opting in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.
5. Help

6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is based on job availability across all companies using the FlowVerify platform. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high job activity.
7. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for details regarding your plan and any applicable charges.
8. No Sharing of Mobile Numbers

9. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
10. Changes to These Terms
FlowVerify reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in SMS communications following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
